What Baroque coordinates

The Next Trade.

The Next Delivery.

The Next Decision.

Construction moves through connected decisions. We define which parts Baroque will coordinate, monitor and report on for your project.

01 / Before award

Compare The Trade Scope

Review what each proposal includes, excludes or leaves open. Bring scope differences and clarification questions to the owner before contractor and supplier selections.

02 / Before the next activity

Sequence Work & Deliveries

Coordinate trades and materials around the work that must happen first. Follow up on the information, access and deliveries needed for the next construction activity.

03 / As the work changes

Track Costs & Owner Approvals

Keep awarded scopes, recorded expenses and proposed changes visible. Identify the decisions that need owner direction and the cost or schedule implications still to be confirmed.

04 / On site

Follow Up On Site Questions

Connect observed site conditions with the drawings and the people who need to respond. Coordinate follow-up with trades and consultants, and report progress and outstanding items.

Compare The Work

Inside Each Quote.

The Balsam roofing comparison recorded one offer excluding metal roofing and another including it. The window comparison also flagged differences in quantities, dimensions and specifications.

Baroque documents those differences so the owner can assess scope and value before an award.

Example from a Balsam Residence progress report.

01

Identify the differences

Read inclusions, exclusions and specifications together.

02

Clarify the open questions

Record the information needed to compare the offers.

03

Support the owner’s decision

Bring the scope comparison forward before selection.

Agreeing the management role

Who Coordinates.

Who Decides.

Can you support me if I have already appointed a builder?

Yes. We agree how Baroque will work with your builder, trades and consultants, including communication, owner approvals and the information each party needs to provide.

The proposal sets the planned site attendance and reporting frequency for the construction stage and level of service. We also define how additional visits and issues requiring prompt attention will be handled.

Send the current drawings, project stage, appointed trades, budget and expected schedule. Tell us which decisions or coordination tasks you want support with so we can define the scope.
