The person behind Baroque

Argemiro

“Neto”

Owner · BCIN Designer

Baroque Group Inc.

A background that began on site.

Coming from a family involved in construction, Neto spent his teenage years around building sites. That early exposure developed into a career spanning architectural design, site supervision and project management. His greatest strength is the practical experience gained through construction: understanding how drawings translate into built work, how trades interact and how decisions affect a project's next stage.

After completing his architectural education, Neto continued his studies in construction management.

A CAREER IN DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

The Experience Behind Baroque.

Neto's professional background spans design practices, homebuilding and residential development.

01
DESIGN & BUILDING PERMIT DRAWINGS

Hunt Design / 4 Architecture Inc.

At Hunt Design, Neto also worked with 4 Architecture Inc., the division focused on Part 3 work, including commercial buildings, large custom homes, and mid- and high-rise residential projects.

He prepared design and building permit drawings for strip malls, banks, multi-storey office buildings and mid-rise residential developments. This is where he developed much of his knowledge of interpreting and navigating the Ontario Building Code.

02
PROJECT MANAGER

Summitview Homes / Front Door Developments

Neto then moved into project management for a development comprising 52 stacked townhouses.

03
CONSTRUCTION SITE TEAM

Design Build Solutions

He was part of the site team that built Parkland Eglinton, Parkland Ajax and Parkland Ancaster.

04
HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Stafford Developments

Following his work on site, Neto joined Stafford Developments and was involved in multiple high-rise residential projects in downtown Toronto.

05
FULL FOCUS ON BAROQUE

Baroque Group Inc.

He then chose to focus fully on Baroque Group Inc., bringing his design and construction experience together through his own company.

His experience also includes work with Forest Meadows Developments.
