This one had a few rules to play by — and that made the design even more interesting.
Located within a conservation zone, the original building envelope had to remain, so the challenge was to give the home a completely new character without changing its established footprint.
The result is a clean, contemporary exterior with warm masonry, strong architectural lines, larger openings and a much more modern presence, while still respecting the constraints of the original home.
Sometimes the best designs come from working with what’s already there.

Designed to make the most of a large backyard. 🌿🏡

This 4,000 sq. ft. home in Mississauga features a loft floor plan with three bedrooms, including the primary bedroom on the main floor.

Large rear-facing windows bring plenty of natural light into the home, while direct backyard access from both the ground floor and basement creates a strong connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

A blank canvas for what’s to come. 🤍🏡

This preliminary design gives us the opportunity to explore exterior materials, colours, and finishes before bringing the final vision to life. More images and design updates will be shared as the project develops.

Located in Glengarry, Ontario, this 3,500 sq. ft. country home features three bedrooms on the main floor, plus a bonus bedroom above the garage. Unique ceiling details throughout add character to the interior, while the covered patios create plenty of space for the homeowners to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.
